I’ve lost 6 lbs
and my mum is making me eat only fruit instead of junk so I guess more lbs to be lost. I think all that twerking I was doing helped too but I need to work out more. More energy, better eating = more weight loss.
I am going to lose this weight. It just takes so much work. My mom is on a mission to lose weight as well which helps motivate me. I’m glad that we’re doing this to be healthier.
I was in a restaurant with my mom and this little girl kept staring so I said to my mom don’t parents teach their kids to not stare”? Out loud. The little girl kept staring at us so I said “forget this” and walked out.
Once I begin driving I vow to never text and drive. I also vow to never drink. Since giving up alcohol this is no longer a temptation.
